Vinification:Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and maturation take place in Georgian amphorae, accompanied by 6 months of contact between the must and the skins

Aging:In qvevri for 6 months.Bottled without any clarification or filtration and without additions of sulphur.

Alc.:13,5%vol.

Tasting Notes:Lovely textural grip from the tannins,with candied and dried stonefruit notes dominating the wine.It never loses its freshness which comes from the limestone filled soil of Tenuta Saiano.
