Vinification:Greco:One part goes through maceration for 4 days,one part is pressed soon after the harvest. Coda di Volpe & Fiano:One part goes through maceration for 5 days in oak barrels,and finish fermentation in 2 tonneaux(Acacia,Chestnut)after racking.
Aging:In steel tanks and French tonneaux, constant lees stirring for three months.
Alc.:13%vol.
Tasting Notes:Fresh,tonic,with unexpected and soft notes deriving from the maceration on the skins.

Tenuta Vincenzo Nardone was founded in Venticano, in the heart of Irpinia, by agronomist Vincenzo Nardone,who planted native grape varieties with the ambition of crafting wines deeply rooted in local identity.

In 2004,the estate was handed over to his son Nicola, a dynamic and creative winemaker who grew up among the vines and later studied viticulture and oenology in Bordeaux. Upon returning to Irpinia,Nicola shaped a personal,artisanal,and experimental approach, standing in contrast to the strict French academic tradition. Â
Today, the winery is known for authentic, character-driven wines made from Greco, Coda di Volpe,Falanghina,and Aglianico,all farmed with a clean and sustainable philosophy.Tenuta Vincenzo Nardone’s labels embody energy, territorial expression, and a contemporary vision of Irpinia’s wine culture.
