Vinification:Falanghina:skin contact for 4 days with soft pump overs and subsequent spontaneous fermentation at 'Tenuta Vincenzo Nardone,and same process from Cantina Giardino.
Fiano:skin contact for 5 days with spontaneous fermentation same process at Cantina Giardino and Tenuta Vincenzo Nardone.
Aging:In steel tanks for 6 months together after the fermentation Fiano and Falanghina, and assembly in march 50% of FxF is Cantina Giardino wine and 50% Tenuta Vincenzo Nardone.
Alc.:12,5%vol.
Tasting Notes:Notes of tropical fruits,very balanced. Excellent structure in the mouth.Orange apotheosis!
