Sauro Maule is a winegrower from the Berici Hills, in San Germano dei Berici (Vicenza), where he leads an agricultural project deeply rooted in nature and soil vitality.After replanting his family’s vineyards between the Berici Hills and Gambellara,he founded his own winery in 2017,focusing on artisanal wines made without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

His philosophy centers on respecting the land, preserving the vital energy of the vineyards, and allowing the grapes to express themselves naturally.Fermentations occur spontaneously in stainless steel,with minimal intervention and careful monitoring of soil health,carried out in collaboration with the VinNatur association.Sauro Maule’s wines are honest expressions of their territory, shaped by passion, research, and daily dedication.
