Cantina Ribelà is located in Monte Porzio Catone,within the historic wine area of the Castelli Romani,in a small valley known as Pentima dei Frati.Founded by Chiara and Daniele,it blends Chiara’s background in hospitality and philosophy with Daniele’s architectural expertise—he personally designed the winery and home,focusing on local materials and craftsmanship.

Since 2014,they have been cultivating two hectares of old vines (30–60 years old) plus one hectare of olive trees and orchard,all farmed according to biodynamic principles. The winery,built from scratch in 2017,reflects their commitment to authentic natural wine rooted in the Frascati tradition and in the unique character of their secluded valley.
