ParaschosParaschos

In San Floriano del Collio, where hills fold into the light and the border feels more like a breath than a line, the Paraschos family nurtures a vision of wine shaped by patience. Evangelos, who arrived from Greece in the 1980s, found in these lands something familiar: the same stone, the same wind, the same stubborn vines that demand respect rather than intervention.

From this intuition, a winery was born—one that doesn’t chase trends but listens. Today, Alexis and Jannis carry their father’s legacy forward with a contemporary sensibility: historic vineyards farmed without chemicals, spontaneous fermentations, long ageing in large casks, and a philosophy that lets the land speak. Their wines—deep whites, radiant skin‑contact expressions, pure interpretations of Collio and Brda—are stories of borders, family, and a way of winemaking that refuses to rush.
