Tasting Notes:The color is a light amber.This is an aromatic,gastronomic wine with more tannins and structure than classic white wines.The aromas are filled with hints of honey and dried meadow flowers. The wine has a fresh and livel acidity.

La Collina degli Amici is a small artisanal winery based in Rocchetta Palafea,in the hills of Alto Monferrato.Founded in 2021 by a group of international friends,the project was born from the desire to celebrate a unique landscape through honest wines, organically farmed and crafted entirely by hand.
The estate includes old vineyards of Barbera, Moscato,and Brachetto,many over fifty years old.These parcels give life to carefully made micro‑vinifications:Brachetto‑based Pét‑Nats using the ancestral method, an elegant dry Moscato, and a Barbera d’Asti that balances freshness with depth.
The name reflects the winery’s philosophy: a project built on friendship,collaboration,and a deep love for Monferrato,with the aim of producing authentic,expressive wines full of character.
