Aging: 1 year in 500-liter acacia barrels, another year in 2000-liter acacia barrels, and a third year in stainless steel tanks

Tasting Notes: Forget everything you know about Pinot Grigio. This one has multiple souls and a thousand facets. Deep, full-bodied and bursting with intensity and character, it takes the grape into whole new territory. Grapefruit, honey and oak lead into a beautiful, long mineral finish. Well-balanced, vibrant, with tannic grip and a bitter snap that keeps it alive.

Aleks Klinec grew up breathing cellar air and countryside rhythms.He never needed to “invent” a style;he simply learned to listen. Spontaneous fermentations,slow macerations ,patient aging-these aren’t technical decisions ,but everyday gestures,passed down like a mother tongue.
