Vinification:the grapes are harvested manually in small baskets in September and fermented naturally in open vats with endogenous yeasts.The grapes are left on the skins for 25 days.

Tasting Notes:Pure orange wine,low in alcohol,with notes of tree fruit,mainly peach,orange,citrus,and rose petals. Moderate tannins,with a black tea finish and a lovely mineral finish.

Cantina Furlani, located in Vigolo Vattaro on the slopes of the Vigolana Plateau,is a small artisanal winery led by winemaker Matteo Furlani.Young,vibrant,and rooted in Alpine tradition,the estate cultivates around six hectares of vineyards reaching up to 720 meters above sea level.
Its philosophy centers on minimal intervention,handcrafted winemaking,and the preservation of local grape varieties such as Pavana,Lagarino Bianco, and Valderbara, alongside regional classics like Müller Thurgau,Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Â
