Vinification:Manual harvest in mid-September; long maceration on the skins followed by spontaneous fermentation in terracotta amphorae with two daily punch-downs.

Tasting Notes:Intense golden yellow with amber hues;aromas of peach,apricot,tropical fruit,and mineral notes;fresh and savory on the palate with a persistent finish recalling dried fruit.
