Agricola Estroversa
Founded during the pandemic by friends Antonio Santini (winemaker)and Gianluca Cianfaglione(restaurateur),Agricola Estroversa is a project of "agricultural resistance"in the heart of Abruzzo’s Valle Peligna. The winery focuses on restoring old, abandoned vineyards across the towns of Pratola Peligna,Raiano, and Corfinio,a region defined by its mountain climate and limestone soils from prehistoric lake beds.

The winery’s philosophy centers on minimal intervention: spontaneous fermentations, indigenous yeasts, and no fining or filtration. Their wines-often provocatively described as "spontaneously declassified"-bypass rigid DOC regulations to prioritize the pure expression of the fruit and the terroir.Agricola Estroversa is a liquid story of conviviality and freedom, turning traditional Montepulciano and Trebbiano into vibrant, drinkable, and deeply authentic wines.
