Vinification:The hand-picked grapes are fermented in oper vats for 15/20 days with spontaneous yeasts on the skins without temperature control and with manual punching down three times a day.

Aging:In ola oak barriques.Bottling by gravity. Indigenous yeast anc spontaneous fermentation.The wine is bottled without being subjected to stabilization or filtration processes.

Alc.:12%vol.

Tasting Notes:Fresh and bright,it reveals delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit and flowers,with a pleasant mineral note that immediately invites you to sip.
