Pairings: Excellent with aged cheeses, grilled white meats, spiced dishes, roasted vegetables, and fatty fish.

Tasting Notes: Apricots with chamomile and beeswax. Exceptionally aromatic with pronounced tannins and balanced acidity. 

DUE DUNE

Due Dune was born on the hills of the Umbrian Valley in Cannara,as a collaborative artisanal project between Giampiero Diruggiero and Marisa Mastrosimone.Their shared goal is to craft wines that authentically express both Umbria and Basilicata.

The estate directly manages about 2.5 hectares of vineyards,farmed without synthetic chemicals and with minimal intervention. In the cellar,fermentations are spontaneous ,macerations vary depending on the vintage,and ageing takes place in stainless steel and neutral old barrels.  

With a production of around 10,000 bottles, Due Dune embodies a natural,essential and territory-driven approach,giving Umbrian varieties a personal and contemporary voice
