Vinification:Blend of 50% immediately pressed grapes and 50% grapes with a 10-day maceration on the skins.

Aging:Aged in fiberglass.No added sulfur and no filtering or fining.

Alc.:11,5%vol.

Tasting Notes:Initial acidity of green apple,peach and aromatic herbs,medium-full,moderate presence of tannins,final bitterness with mineral extension.
