Nino Barraco is one of the key figures shaping the new identity of Marsala’s wine scene. Since 2004,he has been farming and vinifying his grapes in Marsala with a deeply artisanal philosophy,defined by minimal intervention and a profound respect for the land.His vineyards,overlooking the sea and swept by coastal winds,showcase the Mediterranean’s intensity through native varieties such as Grillo,Catarratto,Zibibbo,and Pignatello.

In the cellar,Nino pursues purity and authenticity:spontaneous fermentations, thoughtful macerations,no filtration, and only essential sulfur.His wines are honest,vibrant expressions of western Sicily,combining energy,salinity,and unmistakable personality.
