Enoz

Enoz is a small artisanal winery based in Sessa Aurunca,in the volcanic hills of northern Campania.

The project focuses on expressing the character of this historic landscape through spontaneous fermentations, minimal‑intervention practices,and a deeply hands‑on approach.Each Enoz wine captures a piece of its origin:Mediterranean vibrancy, rural heritage,and a modern sensibility that highlights purity,texture, and the natural voice of the grapes.
