Dune Bianche

Dune Bianche is the personal project of Giampiero Diruggiero,founded in 2019 in Basilicata,inspired by the lunar landscapes of the local calanchi that gave the winery its name.After working in Tuscany,Veneto, and Friuli,Giampiero returned home to reinterpret his land through a radically artisanal approach:no chemicals,no temperature control,no filtration or stabilization,only spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention.  

Today the project spans Basilicata and Umbria,where Giampiero also runs the sister winery Due Dune,continuing to craft natural wines that express territory,vision, and creative freedom.
