Davide Gaggiola

Davide Gaggiola is a young winemaker from Friuli who turned a lifelong passion for agriculture into a personal natural‑wine project.After studying Agricultural Sciences and working as an agronomist consultant across Italy and Europe,he began cultivating his own vineyards between Zugliano and Vipolže,on the Italian‑Slovenian border.  

He farms less than one hectare of 60‑year‑old Malvasia Istriana vines,managed with minimal intervention and deep environmental respect. From this work comes Fuorizona,his single label,expressing the character of the two parcels and the artisanal philosophy behind every decision in the vineyard and cellar. Since 2021,he has also collaborated with the historic Villa Job estate,continuing to refine his vision of authentic,territorial,living wines.
