Founded in 1979 on the rolling hills of Offida, Aurora is an agricultural cooperative rooted in organic farming and respectful, low‑intervention viticulture.Its members cultivate historic vineyards of Pecorino, Passerina and Montepulciano,working in harmony with the landscape and relying on spontaneous fermentations and minimal manipulation.

Over the years,Aurora has become a benchmark for natural wine in the Marche region,blending rural tradition,ongoing research,and a deep connection to the Piceno territory.
